The stainless-steel unit has flat heavy-duty trivets, piezo ignition and flame-failure protection. Stainless-steel drip pans collect cooking residue, while the splashback and sturdy feet support routine commercial use. The feet provide up to 45 mm height adjustment.
Four open burners allow pots and pans to be positioned across independently controlled cooking points. Inspect trivets, burner ports, ignition and flame-failure operation as part of scheduled cleaning and service.
Remove and clean the drip pans as required, following the operating and service information supplied with the appliance. Keep the splashback and stainless-steel surfaces clean without obstructing burner ports.
The verified compatible stand is the Gasmax RB-4-SEN. Confirm the support surface or stand is stable and suitable for the installed appliance load.
