Modular Systems HOOD1500A Modular System Bench Top Filtered Hood

The Modular Systems HOOD1500A is a stainless steel benchtop filtered hood with two four-speed motors and three-stage filtration. It is for countertop cooking installations that meet its equipment limits and site requirements.

Consider the HOOD1500A for a countertop cooking station where a filtered hood is appropriate for the equipment and site. It is generally suitable for electric equipment up to 8 kW where AS1668.2 does not stipulate exhaust. Electric-equipment use is limited to applications where AS1668.2 does not stipulate exhaust; electric fryers require prior consultation with the local council.
