Check the oven nameplate first: TD-FECL is specified for TDC-5VH and TDC-10VH. For a stacked arrangement, agree the complete oven-and-canopy layout with the installer.

Review the dimensions in Key Specifications above against the oven station, access path and available mounting space. Give the installer the 33 kg net canopy weight and allow room to remove filters and the drainer for cleaning.

Plan the water inlet and both outlets before positioning the equipment. Confirm the mating fittings for the male 3/4 inlet, the 120 mm fumes connection and the 30 mm outlet route for the installation.

Check the 240 V, 250 W and 10 A electrical specifications with the installation team. Include oven integration, the door-open extraction response and visual alarm display in commissioning.

• Confirm the oven and mounting layout. Match the oven to TDC-5VH or TDC-10VH and review the dimensions in Key Specifications above. Have the installer assess the mounting, cleaning access and any stacked-oven arrangement, allowing for 33 kg net canopy weight.
• Arrange water, outlets and electrical services. Plan the male 3/4 water connection, 120 mm fumes outlet and separate 30 mm outlet with the installation team. Check the site supply against the 240 V, 250 W and 10 A specifications and follow the installation instructions.
• Commission oven-linked functions. Check integrated operation, extraction-speed adjustment, the maximum-speed response to an open oven door and the visual alarm on the oven display. Explain these functions to staff before normal service.
• Keep cleaning access usable. Follow the shutdown and cleaning instructions when removing filters or the drainer and cleaning the ventilator. Keep the installed canopy accessible for maintenance and service.
