Modular Systems HOOD1500A-FILTER Replacement Filter Set

This replacement filter set is matched to the Modular Systems HOOD1500A 1500 mm benchtop filtered hood. Similar-looking filters are not automatically interchangeable, so check the complete model code on the hood before ordering.

The FED manual identifies three filtration stages: a removable stainless-steel first stage, a washable polyester second stage and a non-washable activated-carbon third stage. Clean the stainless-steel and polyester stages every fortnight using warm, non-caustic soapy water. Wear gloves when removing or cleaning the filters.

For a usage load of eight hours a day, seven days a week, FED states that the polyester and activated-carbon filters should be replaced no later than every three months. Review filter condition more often where grease, smoke or operating hours are higher. Do not wash the activated-carbon stage.
