Fast, hygienic and consistent drying for premium glass service
The Sammic GP-8 Glass Polisher (OEM manufactured by Hyppocampus, Italy)
delivers perfectly dry, polished and smear-free glasses directly from the glasswasher.
Featuring 8 rotating brushes and a heated airflow system, this compact unit significantly
reduces labour time, prevents breakage and ensures consistently sparkling results —
essential for bars, restaurants, hotels and function venues.
Designed for demanding Australian hospitality operations, the GP-8 helps eliminate
manual hand drying — improving hygiene, reducing fingerprints and protecting delicate
stems, flutes and glassware finishes.
Engineered for professional performance
Italian glass-polishing technology with heated airflow
According to the manufacturer’s technical sheet, the GP-8 uses a forced warm-air
system in combination with 8 soft polymer brushes to dry and polish glasses
thoroughly straight from the washer.
Brushes are removable for cleaning, and two tapered brushes are supplied specifically
for champagne flutes and narrow stemware. The heated air column circulates through
the brush channels, drying both interior and exterior surfaces evenly.
