Assuming all hot bars are the same. Many cheaper imports soften fried foods or create condensation; Woodson’s airflow + overhead heat system is specifically engineered to avoid this. Mixing unmatched hot and cold bars from different brands. This leads to inconsistent bench heights, visual mismatch and service-line gaps. Woodson works best as a complete system.
