Install in a well-ventilated, level area with access to water, drainage, and 3-phase 380V power. Professional installation is highly recommended.

Clean the air filters monthly, descale water lines regularly, and inspect for wear and leaks. The included water filter enhances machine longevity.

• Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using a manufacturer-approved, nickel-safe ice machine descaler.
• Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior.
• Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units).
• Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.
• Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation.
• Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.
• Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling - adjust if necessary.
• Test compressor amperage and general performance.
• Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing.
• Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve).
• Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors.

This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
