The SN-80P is designed for standard commercial voltages. Check the voltage compatibility in the product specifications before purchasing or installing.

Regularly clean the machine's filters, check and clean the storage bin, and de-scale the system as per the guidelines in the user manual to ensure optimal performance.

• Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using a manufacturer-approved, nickel-safe ice machine descaler.
• Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior.
• Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units).
• Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.
• Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation.
• Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.
• Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling - adjust if necessary.
• Test compressor amperage and general performance.
• Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing.
• Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve).
• Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors.
