Position the machine in a ventilated space, connect to water and a 240V power supply. Professional installation is advised to ensure correct setup and compliance.

This model is designed for 240V/50Hz operation. Always consult the manual and verify local power compatibility before installation.

Monthly air filter cleaning, biannual descaling, and professional servicing every 12 months help maintain performance and hygiene standards.

• Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using a manufacturer-approved, nickel-safe ice machine descaler.
• Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior.
• Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units).
• Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.
• Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation.
• Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.
• Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling - adjust if necessary.
• Test compressor amperage and general performance.
• Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing.
• Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve).
• Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors.

This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
