The SN-101B offers efficient, eco-friendly ice production in a compact footprint. Its smart design and global-quality parts ensure minimal maintenance and maximum uptime for venues where space, speed, and cleanliness matter most.

Install the SN-101B under a bench or counter with proper airflow on all sides. Ensure access to water, drainage, and a 240V outlet. Always follow clearance guidelines in the manual.

Clean the air filter monthly, descale the system every 6 months, and sanitize the ice bin regularly to maintain hygiene and performance. Refer to the manual for a full schedule.

• Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using a manufacturer-approved, nickel-safe ice machine descaler.
• Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior.
• Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units).
• Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.
• Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation.
• Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.
• Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling - adjust if necessary.
• Test compressor amperage and general performance.
• Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing.
• Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve).
• Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors.

This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
