Installation must be done by a certified technician. Ensure proper ventilation, 240V access, and a clean water connection. Follow local codes and use appropriate drainage.

The SN-1500P is ideal for commercial operations with large-scale beverage, food prep, or cold storage needs—hotels, hospitals, clubs, or event venues.

Clean the air filter monthly, descale the water system biannually, and have the system professionally serviced annually. Maintain the water filter quarterly for best results.

• Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using a manufacturer-approved, nickel-safe ice machine descaler.
• Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior.
• Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units).
• Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.
• Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation.
• Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.
• Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling - adjust if necessary.
• Test compressor amperage and general performance.
• Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing.
• Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve).
• Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors.

This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
