This chewblet ice maker offers a perfect blend of performance and reliability. Its modular design allows for easy installation, while energy-efficient components and a high output make it ideal for any high-traffic foodservice environment.

Installation should be done by a qualified technician. Ensure access to a dedicated water supply, drainage, and a 240V power source with correct amperage.

Clean the machine monthly, replace the water filter every 6 months, and check for scale buildup regularly. Refer to the user manual for best practices.

• Remove scale and mineral deposits from evaporator plate and water distribution system using a manufacturer-approved, nickel-safe ice machine descaler.
• Sanitise water reservoir, distribution tubes, and bin interior.
• Clean and flush condenser coils (air-cooled units).
• Inspect condenser fan motor and blades.
• Check inlet water valve, float, and filters for correct operation.
• Verify ice thickness probe or sensor calibration.
• Inspect refrigerant pressures, superheat, and subcooling - adjust if necessary.
• Test compressor amperage and general performance.
• Inspect water pump operation and clean pump housing.
• Check harvest cycle operation (heater or hot gas valve).
• Inspect electrical connections, relays, and contactors.

This program will extend machine life, improve ice quality, reduce bacterial growth risks, and ensure food safety compliance.
