The FW6L-122 combines commercial-grade tungsten filament bulbs, heavy-duty 201 SS housing and polished reflectors to deliver even, efficient heat while maintaining food texture and appearance. Ideal for pizza, fried chicken, chips and carvery stations.

• Food safety: Meets FSANZ 3.2.2A hot-holding requirement ≥ 60 °C.
• Energy efficiency: Independent lamp control reduces idle energy use.

• Multi-zone control: Switch off unused lamps to save power during low demand.
• Easy cleaning: Wipe surfaces daily with a neutral detergent and microfibre cloth; allow lamps to cool first.

Unplug and allow to cool. Use a mild detergent on stainless surfaces and a damp cloth on reflectors. Never spray water directly on lamps.

Inspect bulbs weekly; keep ventilation holes clear; replace any dull or flickering lamps promptly.

RCM electrical approval; plug-in design; ensure ≥ 100 mm clearance above unit for safe ventilation.
