Electmax IWOK-1 Commercial Induction Single Wok – 15 kW

The IWOK-1 is a freestanding single-wok induction station with a 15 kW ring, 11 power settings and a 1.5 mm stainless steel cooking deck. A wok is included; the installation needs a 415 V three-phase and neutral supply.

IWOK-1 suits a wok station planned around induction cooking and magnetic cookware. The integrated revolving tap and reusable air filter need to be included in the kitchen service and cleaning layout.
