The IWOK-1 combines instant induction heat, flameless safety and an integrated revolving water tap for fast production, easier cleaning and lower ambient heat than gas. A washable air-filter keeps the system breathing freely shift after shift.

Cool the unit, use the tap to loosen residue, wipe with a microfibre cloth and pH-neutral cleaner; avoid abrasives and chlorine; dry thoroughly.
