The IWOK-2 combines instant induction heat, flameless safety and a 1.5 mm stainless cooking deck for fast searing with less radiant heat than gas. Washable air filters and revolving taps simplify daily cleaning and reduce downtime.

Cool the unit, flush with the tap, wipe with a microfibre cloth and pH-neutral cleaner; avoid abrasives and chlorine; dry thoroughly.

Wash the air filter weekly; keep intake vents clear; inspect taps and controls monthly; schedule quarterly electrical checks.
