two 340×500mm grids, adjustable 3-position cooking angles and 16.2kW / 50MJ/h LPG output,
this 700-Series grill is engineered for intense commercial service. Built from stainless steel and equipped
with a removable fat tray, piezo ignition and safety valves, it provides reliable, high-heat grilling
for steakhouses, cafés and restaurants.

The BG7-10LPG includes stainless burners with pilot light, thermocouple safety
system and a deep lava rock bed for even heat distribution. According to the official Fagor spec sheet
(page 1), it features one stainless grid and one cast-iron grid for versatile
