Place the unit on a level surface, plug into a 240V 10A outlet, and allow ventilation space. Ensure GN pans and covers are used for safe temperature holding.
It’s designed for 4 x 1/3GN pans. Compatible substitutes must fit the 1200mm tray area and stay within depth limits (up to 150mm).
Clean the glass and stainless surfaces daily. Check temperature weekly, and clean the condenser coil monthly to ensure cooling performance.
