The Nemox Gelato 5+5K Twin CREA I-Green is a professional freestanding
gelato machine featuring two completely independent systems—two compressors,
two induction motors and two control boards—allowing simultaneous production
of two different gelato flavours. With 1.75L × 2 output every 12–15 minutes and
up to 10kg (14L) per hour, this machine is designed for gelato shops, hotels,
dessert labs and high-volume production.
Each bowl features CREA software with 4 production programs (Classic Gelato,
Semi-Soft Gelato, Granita, Shock Freezing) and 4 matching storage programs.
When the gelato reaches the correct density, the machine automatically switches
to the selected storage cycle for up to 8 hours.

Dual independent systems for true commercial output
Unlike single-bowl units, the 5+5K Twin CREA runs two separate processes at the
same time. Each side has:
- its own refrigeration system
- its own induction mixing motor
- its own paddle, scrapers and control buttons
- its own CREA board with 4+4 programs
This means you can run Classic Gelato on the left side while producing Granita or
Shock Freezing on the right. Or run back-to-back batches on one side while the
other side holds product in storage mode.
The machine also includes:
- Magnetic safety lids – blade stops instantly when lifted
- Drain valves for hygienic cleaning
- Stainless steel paddles with interchangeable scrapers
- Large transparent lids with ingredient access ports
