TECNODOM TDE-4CG 4 Tray Convection Oven with Grill – 435x350mm

The Tecnodom TDE-4CG Nerone EKO combines convection, grill and combined cooking functions for 435 × 350 mm trays. A stainless steel chamber, tempered low-e glass and timed or continuous operation support countertop cooking.

TDE-4CG suits a catering kitchen wanting convection and grill functions in one tray oven. Match the 435 × 350 mm tray format and cooking chamber to the food and batch arrangement.

• Installation. Have the counter support, 240 V electrical connection and required clearances checked before operation.
• Cleaning. Remove the tray and racks for cleaning, allow the chamber to cool and clean rounded corners and the door seal in accordance with the oven instructions.
