The Thermaster SCB/21 Deluxe Sandwich Bar is a high-performance three-door refrigerated prep counter designed for cafés, delis, sandwich shops, and high-volume foodservice outlets. Featuring a generous 1000L net capacity and space for 11 × 1/3 GN pans (pans not included), this stainless steel unit provides optimal cold holding while maximizing prep surface space with an integrated 230mm-deep PE cutting board.
The fan-forced evaporator cooling system, combined with Secop compressors and German EBM-Papst fans, delivers reliable 2–8°C cooling—even in ambient conditions up to 33°C. Additional features include sliding easy-slide pan covers, rounded internal corners, auto defrost, and a removable refrigeration unit for simplified service and cleaning.
The SCB/21 combines high-volume cold storage with a convenient sandwich prep top, making it a reliable and hygienic solution for foodservice operations. Its advanced airflow, energy-efficient compressor, and sliding lid system ensure your ingredients stay safely chilled during busy prep periods.

No. GN pans are sold separately. The top holds 11 × 1/3 pans (150mm deep) and must be used with sliding covers to maintain temperature.
Clean the condenser coils monthly, wipe interior surfaces daily, and regularly check seals. The removable refrigeration unit simplifies servicing.
