30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on eligible commercial kitchen equipment. If you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return the item under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return

  • Immediate Inspection Required: Items must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any damage, incorrect size, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Items with damaged packaging or signs of use will not be eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made, special orders, clearance items, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless faulty at the time of delivery. Refer to our FAQ page for detailed product exclusions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service via our Contact Us page to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Prepare Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
  3. Ship the Item: Use the address provided by customer service. We recommend trackable shipping methods for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Misdescribed Items: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase: Customer covers return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

Restocking Fee: Up to a 25% restocking fee applies for returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchases, covering warehouse labor and administrative costs. No restocking fee for faulty or misdescribed items.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Items will be inspected upon return to confirm eligibility.
  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection.
  • Refund Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, entitling you to replacement or refund for major failures and repairs or replacements for non-major failures. Visit the ACCC website for more details.

Exceptions and Special Conditions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, special orders, clearance items, and items damaged post-delivery.
  • Late Returns: Returns beyond the 30-day policy period are not accepted.
  • Unreasonable Returns: Returns not complying with policy or considered unreasonable may be refused.
  • Supplier Fees: Supplier-imposed restocking fees may apply.
