WARRANTY CONDITIONSAt KW Commercial Kitchen, we’re committed to providing high-quality equipment backed by comprehensive warranty coverage. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period under their terms and conditions. Pre-owned equipment comes with a 3-month parts warranty and a 1-month labour warranty, unless specified otherwise.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Consumable items such as glass, lights, heat lamps, and refrigeration gas.
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
- Delays in repair or service caused by external factors such as shipping or part availability.
Repairs may require items to be returned to our KW Commercial Kitchen warehouse or the manufacturer’s facility. Contact us to confirm your warranty coverage and repair process.
Labour costs under warranty are covered during our standard trading hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After-hours services are available at an additional cost.
— SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICYTo ensure smooth delivery, customers must verify the accuracy of their order, including product dimensions and availability. Please confirm that the product fits your space and that access conditions are suitable for delivery. Inadequate access conditions may incur additional charges.
Order Details: All equipment must be paid in full before delivery and/or installation. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.
Deliveries are kerbside unless specified otherwise. Customers must provide labour and equipment for unloading, positioning, and installation. Delivery charges do not include unpacking, placement, or packaging disposal.
— DELIVERY TIMESEstimated delivery times are provided but may be impacted by delays beyond our control, such as freight company delays or external factors. Refunds or cancellations are not permitted due to these delays. KW Commercial Kitchen will work closely with you to minimize disruptions and provide updates as needed.
— FREIGHT FEE SURCHARGE – COUNTRYSIDE DELIVERIESAt KW Commercial Kitchen, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently, no matter where your business is located. However, due to higher logistics costs for rural and remote areas, an additional freight surcharge may apply to certain countryside locations.
When Does the Freight Surcharge Apply?
- Rural, Regional, or Remote Locations: Areas classified by couriers as outside standard metro zones.
- Bulky or Heavy Items: Orders containing large or heavy equipment may incur extra fees for handling and delivery.
- Special Transport Requirements: If special vehicles or multiple delivery attempts are required, additional fees may apply.

- Freight Quote Upon Order: We will notify you during the checkout process or by phone if your address qualifies for a countryside surcharge.

— ARE MY GOODS INSURED?Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. Customers can request a quote for insurance coverage or arrange it directly with the freight company or their insurance provider.
— DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF SYDNEYWe deliver Australia-wide. KW Commercial Kitchen partners with reliable transport companies and suppliers with distribution centres in major Australian cities to offer competitive shipping rates.
— KW ONLINE DELIVERY CLASSIFICATION- Standard Delivery (Smallwares and Benchtop Equipment): Dispatched within 2-5 business days, delivered to your specified address. A signature is required unless “Authority to Leave” is provided.
- Standard Kerbside Delivery (Large Equipment): Suitable for larger items, delivered to the nearest accessible point. Customers are responsible for unpacking, placement, and packaging disposal.
- VIP Delivery Service (Sydney Metro and Surrounding Areas): Includes unpacking, placement in the desired location, and packaging removal. Connections (gas or power) can be arranged for an additional fee by a licensed tradesperson. Pre-arrangement required.
