The unit has stainless-steel construction, auto ignition and flame-failure shut-off. A stainless-steel drip tray collects cooking residue. Adjustable feet provide up to 45 mm of height adjustment for levelling on a suitable bench or matching stand.
Eight natural-gas burners provide the broadest QR cooking surface and the highest natural-gas input in this family.
The open grill surface supports direct radiant cooking while separate burner controls let the operator manage more than one heat zone. Remove and clean the drip tray as part of routine service after each cooking session.
Gas equipment must be installed and commissioned by an authorised technician. Confirm the exact fuel type, regulator and supply capacity before connection, and provide the ventilation, clearances and extraction required for the installation.
