The Nemox Gelato Chef 3L Automatic I-Green is a professional benchtop gelato
machine crafted in Italy and designed for high-quality, small-batch gelato
production. With an output of 1.5kg per batch in approximately 25–30 minutes,
and over 3L per hour, it’s ideal for restaurants, premium cafés and venues that need
authentic gelato without a large footprint.
According to the manufacturer’s documentation, the i-Green platform uses
R290 ecological refrigerant, reducing greenhouse-gas impact by 99.95% while
improving thermodynamic efficiency. The machine includes both a fixed stainless
steel bowl and a removable 18/10 stainless bowl for back-to-back production cycles.
