Featuring four high-speed hot plates, the cooktop provides responsive stovetop
performance. The front elements are 2kW each for rapid heating while the
rear elements are 1.5kW, ideal for simmering and controlled cooking.
The oven handles 4 × GN1/1 trays with 80mm spacing. Its mechanical
thermostat provides accurate temperature control from 50°C to 270°C.
Grill mode, baking mode and low-velocity fan ensure even results for pastries,
proteins, vegetables and baked goods.
According to the technical spec sheet, the E931M uses 304-grade stainless steel
throughout its cooktop area and a fully welded enamel chamber for durability,
plus adjustable stainless legs for proper leveling. It is engineered to deliver
consistent output in demanding commercial environments.
Oven (3.1kW) + Cooktop (up to 7.0kW): typical kitchen use 3–6 kWh/day depending on load.
