When cool, wipe the chamber and racks with a pH‑neutral cleaner and microfibre cloth, then rinse and dry. Avoid bleach, caustics and abrasive pads; clean the glass with a non‑abrasive glass cleaner.
Weekly: remove trays/racks, clean corners and baffle; check door gasket, hinges and latch; vacuum vents. Quarterly: inspect the plug/lead and fasteners; replace worn gaskets.
Electrical only: 240V/50Hz, 10A plug. Convection heater draws up to 2.4kW; grill heater up to 2.0kW (used separately). Energy use depends on temperature and duty cycle.
