Position on a flat surface with clearance for ventilation and plug into a 15A socket. No hardwiring required.
The unit fits standard gastronorm pans (GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3) up to 100mm deep. Pans are sold separately.
Use the drain tap to release water. Wipe down the glass and surfaces daily, and descale periodically if needed.
